Frames had been delivered at the end of Week 3. By week 4 we were happy to see some progress on the ground floor frames.
Another week had gone by and the frames were going up pretty quickly. We saw some scaffolding onsite as well
We also found our neighboring site was fenced and excavated and their slab was to be poured soon. We shook hands with our would be neighbor.
Week 6 : Frames Completed
Finally it was Week 6 and our frames were completed. We were happy to see the build get a skeletal structure. The windows had also gone in. we could not check the upstairs for any damages. Downstairs the windows looked all ok.
It was nice to see rooms coming into shape. The next stage was the water pipes and the gas fit outs. As expected at the end of the frames we received the progress payment invoices to be submitted to the bank.
