We had a house warming ceremony of another friend close to where our build was happening. We decided to take a visit of our build and see the progress.
To our pleasant surprise a lot happened since our last visit.
All the bathroom flooring was complete. Ground floor tiles were also in place. The only flooring remaining was the timber laminate on the top and carpets to the rooms in the ground floor.
Also the electrical fit offs had already happened. We checked the down-lights and the switch panels. Everything was as per the plan except one down-light next to the pendant lights in the kitchen. We took a photo to show it to our SS.
Plumbing was to be done the coming week and all the tap-ware had arrived.
