It was week 16 and our electrical rough ins were progressing. Our site supervisor had changed and we went to meet this new guy. He had newly joined W. He said he would take couple of weeks to get a handover from the previous guy. This made us feel we would not have much progress for the coming weeks.
Lower roof was completed and the eaves were being painted. The electrical rough ins included all the electrical wiring, the media room wiring and the air-condition ducts.
At week 19 we received a call from the previous supervisor that our new supervisor had left Wisdom and till the management decides he would be looking after the build.
This was a bit of shock to us .All the more were tired of listening to the same updates since Week 17. We escalated it to the management and they decided to take our case seriously.
To our relief we saw more progress on Week 19 with the insulation getting in and the build was ready for pre-lining inspection. We also got informed that the Gyprock was to be delivered the coming week.
