We had finally left the admin behind. Bank approval came though and our LACC had arrived.It was time for our file to move to production estimating. The site was cleared and toilet installed.
We had a Eureka moment looking at the below site(sight) 🙂
Once the site was cleared it was time for the excavation and slab. Our SS Michael had been appointed by W. We had a nice time chatting with him. He would be providing us the updates every Friday.
The waffle pods and steel were delivered and the slab prep had started.One of our neighbours who had already moved in was quick to give us the update.
We had the requirement of additional piering owing to the sewer zone of influence on the front LHS of our site. My partner decided to go and monitor the progress on piering and make sure all is done as per the requirement and that we are not charged extra for the same.
Finally there was the day when the slab had been poured. We visited the site on the next day to see the workers smoothen the slab using edgers.
