The slab was left to be cured for a couple of weeks. Also the external plumbing work was carried out. We got a progress payment claim invoice for the slab to be sent to the bank .We received a call from the landscapers for a quote for removal of the soil and leveling the land which would be done prior to frames before the access to the backyard was lost. There were some exorbitant quotes involved with approx $1430 per load for soil removal \ud83d\ude02<\/p>\n
The landscapers leveled the land (atleast that is what we guessed had happened).We could not access the site due to rains.<\/p>\n
I had talked about a 4 stage private inspection during the construction. One of the stages of inspection was post the slab. The inspection report came out with no issues stating that the slab work was as per standards. This was a bit of relief to us.<\/p>\n
At the end of week 3 SS informed us that the frames had been delivered.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
